Our class age range is from 13 yrs +. We will push you to your limits and let you set the new goal. We run our class in a relaxed environment with everyone discussing as we move along. We learn just as much from you as you from us! That's the greatest aspect that Karate has to offer. The learning NEVER ends! Our workouts are demanding and will give you results, our techniques are effective and will surprse you with their ease of application.
